Marine Upholstery 2023
Marine orders are booked ahead for the months of February and September Only.
Medium Sized Boats up to 23 Ft. are accepted for orders.
Canvas Enclosures are accepted individually based on original panels and size.
Custom products are non-refundable. We only upholster with in-house marine vinyl purchased through Basic Design, LLC. Our marine vinyl is color fast to light (1000 hrs), -20 degrees cold crack, mildew resistant and anti-microbial. Customers must have fabric color approval and fabric availability when a pick-up date is scheduled. A 60% deposit is required for all fabric before an order is placed and the balance due when fabric arrives. The remaining balance of a labor contract is due the day of delivery. An order approval signature is required before items are placed on the workroom schedule. Foam that is in good condition will be left as is. New foam is priced separately.
Please notify us of special docking or unloading areas or entrances that are preferred delivery areas.
Boat seats and panels must be removed from the boat prior to the pick-up date.
Custom Canvas Enclosures must have the original panels for accurate measurements.

This is a Waiver and Release of Liability. I have read and fully understand the terms of this agreement. I freely and voluntarily release Basic Design, LLC of any and all liability, completely and unconditionally. Basic Design is not responsible for products or incidents involving products after the date of delivery shown on the balance due invoice. I have had a chance to discuss the design plan and personally address any concerns and questions with a representative of Basic Design prior to the ordering of custom products.
