Custom prod​ucts are non-refundable.   We gladly accept COM (a customer's own fabric).  Customers must have fabric in hand when a pick-up date is scheduled.  A 60% deposit  is required  for all fabric before  an order is placed.  The total balance of  a contract is due the day of delivery. An order approval signature is required before items are placed on the workroom schedule. Please notify us of special docking or unloading areas or entrances that are preferred delivery areas.

Dacron "Botox" for Cushions

An additoinal option to create full and tight cushions.  

We hand sew an extra layer of Dacron to the original cushion for a firm seat.

We serge the edges of cushions if requested for washable fabrics or fabrics that are loosely woven.

The additional charge for serging edges is $10 per cushion up to 39"x39".

Larger cushions will be priced separately.

Foam Replacement Priced Separately

Furniture in good condition (springs, frame, and padding/foam are left as is). Replacing foam cushions or seat spring tying is an extra cost depending on piece and will be quoted before repair takes place. Fabrics quoted as solid or very little pattern repeats, if extra fabric is needed, it is purchased at the expense of the customer. No sleeper sofas, recliners or antiques are excepted. 

 Sectionals are priced separately.

This is a Waiver and Release of Liability. I have read and fully understand the terms of this agreement. I freely and voluntarily release Basic Design, LLC of any and all liability, completely and unconditionally. Basic Design is not responsible for products or incidents involving products after the date of delivery shown on the balance due invoice. I have had a chance to discuss the design plan and personally address any concerns and questions with a representative of Basic Design prior to the ordering of custom products.
